We use the information you submit to answer enquiries, assess partner applications, arrange samples, fulfil orders and provide support. This may include your name, business details, contact details, delivery address, order history and the requirements you share. Essential security logs help prevent abuse. Payment details are handled by the payment provider; PINKSALT does not store full card numbers. Courier, hosting, email and CRM providers receive information needed to provide their services, which may involve international transfers. Enquiries sent through an approved partner’s profile are shared with that partner only with your express consent. Other enquiries stay in our internal sales workflow. We retain records as needed for fulfilment, support, fraud prevention and applicable accounting obligations. Enquiry and attachment retention is configurable; deleting a marketing enquiry does not erase legally required order records. Use our contact form to request access, correction, deletion or an explanation of processing. Optional marketing tracking requires a separate consent choice.
