Shipping & delivery

We confirm the dispatch schedule and delivery method with each quotation. Sample courier from Pakistan is USD 35 for the first billed kilogram and USD 14 for each additional billed kilogram in the same parcel. We combine all selected sample packed weights and round the parcel total up once to whole kilograms. For example, up to 1 kg costs USD 35, up to 2 kg USD 49 and up to 3 kg USD 63. Sample product costs, taxes and any destination import charges are additional unless explicitly included. Wholesale freight is quoted separately for the agreed shipment. Delivery dates depend on production approval, courier availability and customs clearance. Report missing or damaged goods promptly with order details and photographs so we can review the issue.
