Returns & cancellations

Contact us with the order reference before requesting cancellation or returning goods. We will check whether the sample has been prepared, dispatched or customized. Where cancellation is available, any lawful deduction must reflect agreed, non-recoverable costs actually incurred. Personalized packaging and made-to-specification bulk orders may have different cancellation rights; these are recorded before acceptance and remain subject to applicable law. Report damaged, missing or incorrect goods promptly with photographs of the goods and outer packaging so we can investigate and arrange the appropriate remedy. An unopened-food or hygiene condition does not remove rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods. Refunds that are approved are returned through the original payment route where possible. Statutory withdrawal, repair, replacement and refund rights are unaffected. Do not return goods internationally without agreed instructions.
