Terms of sale

PINKSALT supplies products through trade quotations. An enquiry or partner application does not create a supply contract or grant exclusivity. Product pricing is confirmed against quantity, specification, packing and destination. Sample requests are optional within the trade enquiry; no payment is taken on submission. Before payment we confirm sample contents, goods value, courier cost and applicable taxes in writing. Wholesale orders require an approved specification, delivery destination, trade term, schedule and payment plan. Any advance and balance are agreed in the quotation; no balance is charged automatically. Import clearance, duties and destination requirements are allocated in the quotation. Buyers must have rights to supplied label artwork. Natural colour and decorative shape vary; images show representative designs. Relevant laboratory reports, certification scope and product identifiers are provided for the agreed product. FDA food-facility registration does not constitute FDA product approval. Mandatory consumer rights take precedence.
